I build ventures and advise leaders on AI, data and technology. My current focus is independent consulting and Replikate Labs, where I’m Founder & Managing Partner. I bring together business judgement, technology leadership and experience building the systems behind the strategy.

My technical foundation spans AI, machine learning and data engineering: agent harnesses and memory systems; data warehouse, lakehouse and lake streaming architectures; and ML infrastructure and operations, including model serving and distributed training with KubeRay. I've applied that work across banking, finance, trading systems and venture building.

I was the lead for AI/ML Data Architecture at OCBC, one of Southeast Asia's largest banks, after heading machine learning operations at DBS. I've since built in crypto and AI at Delphi Labs and as VP of Engineering at Almanak, a Delphi Labs venture. My entrepreneurial experience includes founding CommonQuant.ai and co-founding AICRMGenius and Chatoyance. Previously, I was also co-founder and CTO of Sonzai Labs.

As a portfolio entrepreneur, I’m interested in how ideas become useful businesses, and how teams make good decisions as they grow. I believe systems reflect the principles of the people who build them — in organizations, and in life. That's why I write about parenting and relationships with the same seriousness I bring to architecture reviews.
