I've spent my career at the intersection of technology, financial services and human judgement — building the systems that decisions run on, and then being accountable for what those decisions do.
I was the lead for AI/ML Data Architecture at OCBC, one of Southeast Asia's largest banks, after heading machine learning operations at DBS and earlier engineering work at EPAM. I've since built in crypto and AI at Delphi Labs and as VP of Engineering at Almanak, a Delphi Labs venture. Today I'm founder and Managing Partner of Replikate Labs, founder and CTO of CommonQuant.ai, and co-founder and CTO of Sonzai Labs, AICRMGenius and Chatoyance.
The through-line isn't the technology. It's the belief that systems reflect the principles of the people who build them — in organizations, and in life. That's why I write about parenting and relationships with the same seriousness I bring to architecture reviews.
Member of Mensa and several selective international high-IQ societies, including the Triple Nine Society, Torr, The High Intellect Society, IHIQS and CHIQS. My interest is less in intelligence as status than in how cognition translates — or fails to translate — into judgment, communication and responsible action.
